The Bulls forward successfully underwent lower back Microdisceptomy surgery early Friday morning. Dunleavy, age 35, recently signed a three year deal with the Chicago Bulls this summer. The surgery was minor but it will hold Dunleavy out close to 10 weeks. Tony Snell is expected to start in his position.
