The Chicago Bulls put their foot on the gas and never it off as they beat the Indian Pacers 101-94. The Bulls were lights out from behind the arc as they shot 12-24 three-pointers led by Aaron Brooks.
Brooks led the Bulls in scoring with 22 points on 8-14 shooting, including four three-pointers from behind the arc. Brooks added six assists and five rebounds to his stat-line.
E’Twaun Moore showed up big time off the bench as he scored 13 points on 5-7 shooting to go along with seven rebounds. Fred Hoiberg opted to bring Joakim Noah off the bench but was riddled with foul trouble throughout the game. The 6’11 center finished with five points and five rebounds in just 15 minutes.
Nikola Mirotic finished the game with 15 points and 7 rebounds on 5-8 shooting. Mirotic was given the starting spot over Joakim Noah.
The epic battle between Paul George and Jimmy Butler was a competitive one to say the least, but George seemed to get the better of the matchup. George finished the game with a double-double with 26 points and 13 rebounds. While Butler struggled from the field, he did manage to fill up the stat-sheet with 12 points, five assists, and four rebounds.
The Bulls will face the win-less Dallas Mavericks in their final preseason game on Friday in Nebraska.
