Derrick Rose will make his return to the court for the Bulls’ preseason finale against the Mavericks. Rose is projected to play 10-12 minutes per game off the bench. While he is returning for the preseason finale, Rose says it’s still up in the air if he’s returning for the season opener.

The Bulls get a chance to experiment with yet another lineup in preseason as they’ll plug in Derrick Rose at the point guard position off the bench. It’ll be Rose’s first chance to play in Hoiberg’s system with Jimmy Butler teaming up in the backcourt.
